The Connecticut Center for Effective Practice (CCEP), a division of the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut, Inc. (CHDI), was created in 2001 through an innovative partnership among key stakeholders in Connecticut. Representatives from key stakeholders comprise an Advisory Board that help guide CCEP’s strategic priorities.
