New Report On Investing in Programs that Support Infants and Toddlers

Zero to Three and CLASP just released a report called, Building Strong Foundations: Advancing Comprehensive Policies for Infants, Toddlers and Families. This report promotes 13 core policies that are “…rooted in evidence and allowable under current law. Each core policy addresses the needs of infants, toddlers, and families..”
