The Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) Center puts together a list of databases and reports related to Early Childhood statistics and supports state IDEA Part C and Part B, Section 619 programs in developing more equitable, effective, and sustainable state and local systems that support access and full participation for every young child with a disability and their family.
The ECTA Center is a program of the FPG Child Development Center at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
